Annapurna Bio-Ved Pvt Ltd is following the ISO Quality Policy and we are committed to deliver the best quality product for our customers. The product is tested from the very beginning stages of Choosing Raw material. Thoroughly tested and quality assured genuine raw material is put for processing. At every step the cross checking is carried out comparing with the standards using well equipped in-house Quality control facility.

The laboratory is capable of testing all Herbal, mineral, and chemical intermediaries which are used for preparing various Ayurvedic and herbal preparations. The unit is also well equipped and has trained personnel to carryout tests for Microbial contamination and related toxicological profile.

The unit is committed to maintain Good Laboratory Practices and stability studies are conducted periodically to keep an eye on the product therapeutic stability. Any QC & QA related queries are given at most priority and are addressed immediately.

Building and Storage

The manufacturing facility of M/s Annapurna Bio-Ved Ltd is located At Injapur Village on Hyderabad-Nagarjun Sagar Highway, just 20 KM from Hyderabad Central Bus, Railway station. The Factory premises is located in a pollution free environment in an are of 1.5 acres. The Building is constructed as per cGMP norms with RCC roof.

Details of the Various sections are as follows:

  • Processing and packing corridor – 800 square meters- separate cubicles for different operations like – chopping, crushing, wet grinding, drying, mixing, punching, filling, sealing and packing, etc.
  • Raw material store room is about 212.50 square meters
  • Packing material storage 100 sq m.
  • Semi finished goods store room capacity is about to store 25,000 liters (25 * 1000) lit
  • Finished goods store room is about 91.34 square eters.
  • Complete QC & QA lab with about 91.34 square meters (Sample storage, Chemical, Microbial Analysis with sophisticated instrumentation)
  • Office about 170 Square meters

Manufacturing Capacity

Details of the manufacturing activities are as follows:

  • Manufacturing Capacity per Shift is 100 liters (Kashayas, Asavas, Aristas and Syrups) with available Jacketed vessels and related equipment.
  • Manufacturing capacity of Avalehyams (Sugar Candy, Semisolid preparation) is 100 Kg per shift
  • Gel, Balms, Ointments 100 Kg per Shift
  • Manufacturing capacity of Tailas, Ghruthams (Medicated oils, massage oils, Ghee, etc) is 100 Kg per shift
  • Manufacturing Capacity of Dry Medicines like Vati , Guti, and Guggulu (Punching) is 50 Kg per four shift .
  • Filling and Sealing Capacity of Syrups , Asava and Aristas 5000 bottles per shift
  • The complete packing capacity (cap sealing, printing, labeling, transfer into corrugated box) 200 no s (20 X 20)
  • (450 ml bottles - 20 bottle per one case) per hour (Liquid orals)
